Case background: Thermal power plants need high-purity water as boiler supply water to prevent boiler scale and corrosion and ensure safe operation of the equipment.

Application process: The raw water (such as river water, groundwater or tap water) is pretreated (such as multi-media filtration, activated carbon filtration) and enters the reverse osmosis system. The reverse osmosis membrane can effectively remove dissolved salts, organic matter and microorganisms in the water, and the water is further purified through a mixing bed or EDI (electrodeionization), and finally obtain high-purity boiler recharge water.

Application effect: The application of reverse osmosis membrane significantly reduces the ion content in water, reduces the risk of boiler scale and corrosion, extends the service life of the equipment, and improves power generation efficiency.
