 Case background: A large amount of wastewater will be generated during chemical production, containing high concentrations of organic matter, salt and heavy metal ions, which need to be treated before they can be discharged or reused.

 Application process: After the wastewater is pretreated (such as precipitation, filtration, biochemical treatment), it enters the reverse osmosis system. The reverse osmosis membrane can effectively remove dissolved salts, organic matter and heavy metal ions in wastewater, and the water can be returned to the production process or cooling system, while the concentrated water will be further processed or discharged.

Application effect: The application of reverse osmosis membrane realizes the resource utilization of wastewater, reduces the consumption of fresh water, reduces the impact of wastewater discharge on the environment, and saves water resources costs.
