
【Process Water Treatment】
Case background: A large amount of high-purity water is needed for process water during chemical production, such as reactor cleaning, solvent preparation, cooling system water replenishment, etc.
Application process: The raw water (such as tap water or groundwater) is pretreated (such as multi-media filtration, activated carbon filtration) and enters the reverse osmosis system. The reverse osmosis membrane can effectively remove dissolved salts, organic matter and microorganisms in the water, and the water is further purified through a mixed bed or EDI (electrodeionization), and finally obtain high-purity process water.
