Project 4 [Case of Smart Hua Control Ultrapure Water Treatment System of a certain electronic factory]

Process design: Adopt secondary reverse osmosis + EDI desalination water treatment process, paired with PLC + touch screen control.

Design Principles

* Second-level reverse osmosis: After the inlet water is pretreated, the pressure is driven through the RO membrane, and the solute cannot pass through the RO membrane to desalt.

* EDI process: further remove residual ions on the basis of RO, and transfer ions in water to solid resin through an ionization exchange module.

Application effect : Ensure that the water outlet resistivity reaches 18.2MΩ.cm after treatment, the system has high automation and strong stability, and has the functions of self-diagnosis of faults, alarms and remote monitoring and management.
