
Project 2 [New project for recycling water in a microelectronic pure water system]
Project background : It was found that there was a waste of water source where the high liquid level in the water tank caused excess water to overflow to the total wastewater discharge, and it was decided to mix the first-level reverse osmosis thick water and high-concentration organic recovered water to achieve reuse.
Data Analysis
* First-level reverse osmosis concentrated water: about 1400 cubic meters/day, recovery rate of 50%, that is, the concentrated water discharge is about 750 cubic meters/day.
* Organic recovery water: 550 cubic meters/day, with a high total organic carbon concentration.
* New system: Design recovery rate is 70%, with an average daily recycling of 910 cubic meters.
* Process equipment and process: Use activated carbon + reverse osmosis + organic carbon removal process. The activated carbon system removes organic matter, free chlorine, and colloids from water; the reverse osmosis system removes soluble salts, colloids, organic matter and microorganisms; the organic carbon removal equipment further removes organic matter from water.
Project Advantages
* Economic benefits: Save about 250,000 cubic meters of tap water annually , save about 1.1 million yuan in water annually, and reduce costs by about 18% during the same period.
* Energy-saving advantages: Make full use of ROR concentrated water pressure and floor height difference to reduce energy consumption of lift pumps.
