Wastewater source and treatment method
* Cleaning wastewater : Large water volume, good water quality, and low pollutant concentration. First, pretreat and remove impurities such as suspended matter, grease, and then enter a reuse system with reverse osmosis (RO) technology as the core. The concentrated water generated by the RO system is mixed with ink wastewater and discharged uniformly or further treated.
* Ink wastewater : small water volume, high pollutant concentration and extremely high salt content. Advanced treatment technology is used to specially treat and discharge after meeting the standards.
Reuse implementation
* Touch screen cleaning water: about 60m³ is generated every day, and the cleaning water is reused online by installing a copper powder recycling machine.
* Comprehensive cleaning water: including conventional cleaning water, weak acidic grinding plate water and nickel-containing cleaning water, totaling 667m³/d. After pretreatment and RO treatment, it is returned to the production line at a water production rate of 75%, with a daily reuse amount of 580m³/d, and the remaining RO concentrated water is about 194m³/d and returns to the complex wastewater treatment system.
Application results: The total water reuse of the project is 620m³/d, and the reuse rate is as high as 62%, saving a lot of water resources and operating costs.
